20 Easy Fat Bomb Recipes for the Keto Diet

Chocolate chip cookie dough, sea salt chocolate cheesecake, pecan almond bark - even a couple savory recipes for those of you that like your cream cheese with bacon instead of cocoa powder!
They’re all easy to make too - most are only around six ingredients and just three to four steps (one of which is to mix everything together) and are great especially if you have a busy schedule and aren’t able to meal prep the way you’d like to.
The best part about all of this? It’s entirely FREE to you. I figured you could probably use it to help yourself with staying in ketosis because it can sometimes be hard to find keto friendly foods that are still delicious.
If you haven’t tried making (and eating) fat bombs yet, I’m sharing my recipe for Butter Vanilla Cookie Bombs below - it’s a very easy yet remarkably delicious fat bomb recipe.
It’s a great beginner recipe because it only requires four ingredients, and is very easy to handle and shape. It also doesn’t require you to have a silicone mold or any fancy equipment either.
The flavor reminds me of a buttery shortbread - perfect for eating along with a cup of coffee or tea when you just need a cookie substitute but don’t want something that will overpower it. They’re one of my favorite go-to cookie type fat bombs that I can whip up in a few minutes.

Butter Vanilla Cookie Fat Bombs
Makes 16 bombs
Per serving (1 bomb): 59 cal, 5.6 g fat, 2 g net carbs, .7 g fiber, 1.4g protein
1 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons grass fed butter, melted
2 tablespoons erythritol
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well, adding more butter as needed to ensure everything sticks together.
Scoop out 1 teaspoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until you’ve made 16 bombs
Store in fridge to harden. Can also be stored in the freezer for 1 month.
That’s it. Don’t eat them too quickly
