I’ve always been interested in food and nutrition and its effect on health. Whether trying to go vegan (that only lasted three weeks) or fasting or taking chlorella pills, I’ve always wanted to be in the best health possible.
I also know that it’s not easy - and that there is so much information and so many diets and foods out there to sift through.
Which one is right for you? What will actually work? How can I ensure that I’m not going to accidentally give myself gout?

Kaboom Health is about providing you with resources, guides and information to help you make the best decisions about your health. I’m here to walk you through what I consider to be the best and most well-supported practices for good health.
As far as diets, kaboom health is focused on a moderate version of the keto diet - high fat, moderate protein, low carb with no added sugars. I’m also not as militant about the keto diet as some people due to a few reasons that I’ll get into later.
Kaboom health is also focused on other aspects of health as well - establishing and nurturing good gut flora, good sleep, exercise and being active. I’ve always been fascinated with learning about ancestral health and how we used to live back in the day, so there is a lot of paleo influence in that area.
